My name is Cameron Sparling, I am a commercial photographer living and working in Vancouver, BC.
I was first introduced to photography by my grandmother who gave me her old point and shoot camera to use. I shot with that camera until my parents realized how much film I was burning through. Years later a good friend of mine convinced me to buy my own camera when he realized that I was using his camera more than he was.
In my work I strive to make clean, lively images that attract the eye and highlight the character of the subject.
I feel extremely lucky to be able to make my living doing something I absolutely love and am incredibly grateful to have been featured in magazines like Food and Drink, Taste, Culinaire, Occasions, and Keel and to have been able to work with clients like Andrew Peller Import Agency, Vancouver Science World, The West Vancouver Police Department, Bailey Nelson, Canaccord Genuity, Urban Workers Project, Maestro Food Equipment Services and many more.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my work and please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about my work or are interested in working on a project together.
